Privacy notice

This file portal is operated by Realtum Advisors to share documents with clients and partners.

What we collect: your email address, the IP address you connect from, and your activity in the portal (logins, folders opened, files downloaded or uploaded).

Why: to give you access to the files shared with you, to send you login codes and share notifications, and to keep an audit trail of who accessed which documents.

How long: activity records are deleted automatically after 12 months. Your account is kept while you have access to shared items; ask Realtum Advisors to delete it at any time, which removes your access and anonymises your activity records.

Where: files and data are stored in the EU. Email is delivered by our email provider under a data processing agreement.

Cookies are used only to keep you logged in.
